Can’t See People Nearby on WeChat

You should do the following:

1-) Try change your internet connection. If you are using Wi-Fi try to connect through your GSM Service. If you have already connected to internet through GSM service, try connect with your Wi-Fi.

2-) You will need a to have a WeChat alias in your phone to use nearby chat feature. If you didn’t set one yet, you will need to set it from options of the application. The feature will start to work some time later.

3-) You will need to enable your GPS location in your Android and iPhone Devices. If you don’t know how to do that, you should do the following steps:

For Android:

• Go to settings of your phone or tablet.
• Tap on Location services.
• Toggle on or off the location services.

For iPhone:

• Click on settings icon.
• Tap on Privacy from the options.
• Tap on “Location Services”.
